Operational excellence is a hallmark of Nufer Marketing Research, Inc. We’ve managed product tests that included 14 products - with multiple versions of each product, all fielded simultaneously and with appropriate quotas for each field site. We’ve conducted 9,000 telephone interviews in two weeks, in two languages. Even seemingly straightforward studies may require a complex fielding plan and tight field management, to ensure a clean and sensitive read of results. We obsess over the details so you don’t have to.
We work with a select group of field service and data collection organizations, as well as specialists in advanced statistical analysis and data mining - all chosen based on our 20-plus years of experience.
Data Collection. We are frequently called on to survey low incidence respondents or respondents who present special challenges. Examples from our recent work:

Spanish-language research. Our experience in Spanish-language research includes phone interviewing, paper surveys, and on-site in-person surveys, conducted by Hispanic Spanish speakers. We’re sensitive to the impact of dialect and ensure that we address issues of dialect appropriately.
Data processing. We conduct meticulous data quality control procedures. Our clients receive data when they want it, in the form they want it. This could include ASCII or SPSS files, or tabulations in a Word document.
We know that urgent requests can come up on projects that were completed long ago. Therefore we maintain ready access to data sets on finished projects so that follow-up requests can be attended to promptly.
Standards. Nufer Marketing Research adheres to the ethical and quality control principles laid out by the Market Research Association and CASRO (Council of American Survey Research Organizations).
